Cooperando por el Mundo is a social project created by a group of cooperators, which was born as a result of more than 6 years of work experience in local and international NGOs in Latin American and African countries.

It was created with the idea of ​​offering a new experience of cooperation and tourism, different from most of the volunteer and travel programs that have spread so rapidly to developing countries.

At Cooperando por el Mundo we are convinced that development begins with oneself and that everyone has something to teach and share, learn and experience. Therefore, we believe that it is through the exchange of skills, knowledge, experiences and values ​​that respectful, sustainable and peer-to-peer development is promoted.

Finally, since we are a non-profit organization and we believe that the financial contribution is the least important of the contributions you can make, therefore the cost of our programs and trips is very low. These are destined to ensure the sustainability of the projects and to give continuity to this wonderful opportunity to live, travel, grow and discover.
MISSION
Our actions are intended to promote sustainable, inclusive and peer development through the support of small social initiatives with great value and impact in their communities. We provide the opportunity to achieve, from equality and without generating dependencies, technical and economic resources, visibility and recognition to those initiatives led by locals in developing regions.
Likewise, we promote solidarity and social awareness of the people who travel with us thanks to experiences of coexistence and exchange with new cultures. With this, we value the culture and biodiversity of the country and offer the opportunity to live a transformative and profound development experience to those who travel with us.
Through our volunteer programs, internships and responsible travel, we want other people to have the opportunity to live a unique and regenerating experience like the one we have in these countries.

Regional Coordinators
In charge of monitoring all the projects we work on and identifying new projects. They also monitor volunteers, trainees and travelers in destination countries.
Coordinators and local team
Team in charge of project development. Each project is assigned a coordinator responsible for the volunteer programs, internships and solidarity trips.
